By accessing it.novalify.com you agree to these terms. Novalify OÜ provides digital services including website development, custom software, AI integrations, and infrastructure.
Services & agreements
Each engagement is governed by a written proposal or service agreement covering scope, timeline, deliverables, payments, and ownership.
Payments & refunds
Milestone-based payments are outlined in each proposal. Refund and cancellation terms are documented per project.
Ownership
On full payment, source code and content ownership transfer to the client, subject to the written agreement. We do not publish project details without approval.
Liability
Novalify's liability for any single engagement is limited to the fees paid under that engagement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party services.
Property and service payments
Novalify provides digital listing, enquiry and coordination technology. It does not collect, process, hold, or facilitate buyer-to-seller property purchase payments, rent, deposits, escrow amounts, legal title verification, or investment funds. Any property-related payments are made directly between the relevant parties or through their independently appointed professionals.
Novalify may collect payments only for its own service fees, such as listing fees, featured listing fees, subscriptions, B2B IT service invoices, technical consulting, automation services, and support or maintenance fees.
