By accessing it.novalify.com you agree to these terms. Novalify provides digital services including website development, custom software, AI integrations, and infrastructure.

Services & agreements

Each engagement is governed by a written proposal or service agreement covering scope, timeline, deliverables, payments, and ownership.

Payments & refunds

Milestone-based payments are outlined in each proposal. Refund and cancellation terms are documented per project.

Ownership

On full payment, source code and content ownership transfer to the client. Novalify retains rights to display non-confidential project details in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

Novalify's liability for any single engagement is limited to the fees paid under that engagement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party services.
